  Wow. Carlos was so knowledgeable really knows his job. He saved my friend Joe a disabled vet I care for. Was so good with Joe's dog. No problem. Joe is really happy Carlos took his situation in consideration to assure the AC would hopefully keep going. At first he though it was loose wires low freon bad a coil or maybe the thermostat. He worked tirelessly to make sure it wasn't something like the compressor but after checking and rechecking everything a new ac is Joe's best bet. And even better he said he could install Wednesday. Were so thankful. And thankyou rj nelson for getting Carlos out today. You know I had called 6 other HVAC people and told them the situation but they either were booked way out or way too expensive. Were so  thankful that rj nelson and it's emotes like Carlos really care.

  Ashley was extremely helpful & informative when I placed the call requesting service. She was able to get Alvin to my house within 2 hours of my call ! Alvin was also extremely polite & informative - (& also has the patience of a saint considering he had to work around all the toys in the basement) Thank you both so much !   So impressed by their service . My A/C stopped working on a very hot Saturday . I left message with their answering service at 6AM Sunday morning. Received a phone call from their Tech a bit after 7AM the same day. He was at my home, had everything fixed by 8:30AM. Tech was super knowledgeable , professional , and I feel I was charged fairly.   It was outstanding service we would recommend RJNelson to everyone. 5pm on a Saturday eveing in 100 degree heat and it took less then 2 hours from phone call for service to job done and air working. That's outstanding. And the repair guy was very pleasant and helpful.
