These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the SMS/text messaging program operated by RJ Nelson Co. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting into our SMS program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. SMS Program Description

We offer SMS messages to communicate with customers regarding:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Service updates

  • Promotions and offers

  • Account or billing information

  • Customer service responses

Messages may be sent via autodialer or other automated technology. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with RJ Nelson Co. You may receive multiple messages per month depending on your preferences and level of engagement.

3. Opt-In

You may opt into SMS messaging by:

  • Submitting a phone number via our website or service request form

  • Checking an opt-in box when scheduling services

  • Texting a keyword to a designated number

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll.

4. Opt-Out

You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time:

  • Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe

  • You will receive a final confirmation message confirming your opt-out

  • After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe

6. Costs

RJ Nelson Co. does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider.

7. Participating Carriers

Our messages may be delivered through major U.S. carriers. However, we do not guarantee message delivery or availability across all carriers.

8. Data Use & Privacy

Any personal information shared through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the SMS service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
